Shipping/Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days by the United States Postal Office. After the order is Shipped the customer is provided with a Tracking Number where they can then track the package through our website.

Returns

If you are not happy with your order for whatever reason, simply send us a 2-3 sentence email with your order number (EX: Order #445) in the subject and we will refund your entire order immediately.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you simply did not like the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Davidgetz@snapsocks.com and send your item to: 8022 Hollywood Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90046

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once the item is received the Customer will be refunded the shipping costs..
